Ingredients:
- 4-5 lb pork butt/shoulder roast
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder
- 1 onion sliced
- 1 can Dr. Pepper
- 3/4 cups BBQ sauce
- Rolls
1. Place onion in bottom of slow cooker. Rub roast with salt, pepper, and garlic powder then place in crockpot.
2. Pour Dr. Pepper over roast. Cook on high 4-5 hours or low 7-8 hours.
3. Shred pork and add back to juices.
4. Add BBQ sauce and cook another 30-60 minutes.
